Returns & Refunds Policy
We only accept refunds for defective or damaged products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping, but if you receive a product with obvious manufacturing defects or damage, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To request a refund, you must send:
- A description of the problem
- Photos/videos that clearly show the defect
- The order number
We do not accept returns for:
- Size change
- I'm changing my mind
- Purchase errors
Refunds or returns are not permitted for reasons not related to manufacturing defects.
Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
